Terms and Conditions of Sale

Terms

Terms are 30 days in total from the billing date for all credited customers. All purchases are subject to Lee Spring's standard terms and conditions of sale as described below and on our invoice. No other terms or conditions apply to any purchase order. All prices are in Mexican pesos, Master Card (MC) and VISA cards are accepted.

Certificates of Conformity

Lee Spring will provide Certificates of Conformity at no additional charge with every order.

Raw Material Certificate

Material Traceability Certificates (chemical and / or physical) are available only for special orders at an additional cost.

Free Ground Shipping Available

Free ground shipping is available in the Mexican Republic for purchases over $ 500.00 Mexican pesos. The customer can mix various part numbers and types to reach the parts order value minimum of $ 500.00 pesos. Purchase orders of less than $ 500.00 pesos will be charged shipping + $ 250.00 pesos for handling charges (for orders delivering with the Mexican Republic). Purchase orders delivering outside of Mexico and over $ 500.00 pesos will be charged for shipping WITHOUT the handling charges.

Shortages

All product shortage claims must be submitted within 15 days from the date the customer receives the shipment.

Returns and Replacements

All returns require a Return Material Authorization (ADM) number. Returns may incur restocking charges. Please call the Customer Service Department toll free at 800.110.25.00 to request your ADM number before returning any merchandise.

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice and are based on standard Lee Spring packaging.

Order Acceptance

Orders of 100 pieces or less will be accepted only if they have a delivery date less than 90 days from the date of the purchase order.
